When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). When you use Blueprint, we collect:

Contractor quotes — documents you upload for AI analysis
Project details — project names, job types, and home information you provide
Email content — messages sent and received through our email drafting feature
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
Usage data — pages visited, features used, and analysis requests

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide AI-powered quote analysis and comparison using Anthropic Claude
To research contractors via public data sources
To generate and send email drafts on your behalf
To process payments through Stripe
To improve our service and fix issues

3. AI Processing

Your quote documents are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. This data is processed according to Anthropic's usage policies and is not used to train AI models. Analysis results are stored in your account.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Supabase — database hosting and authentication
Anthropic — AI analysis of your quotes
Stripe — payment processing
Resend — email delivery

5. Data Security

We use row-level security policies to ensure your data is only accessible to you. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are managed securely via Supabase Auth.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access and export your data
Request deletion of your account and data
Opt out of non-essential communications
