By creating an account or using Blueprint, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Blueprint provides AI-powered analysis and comparison of contractor quotes for home renovation projects. The service includes document analysis, contractor research, side-by-side comparison, and email drafting tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Blueprint

4. AI-Generated Content

Blueprint uses AI to analyze quotes and generate recommendations. AI-generated analysis is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. You are responsible for verifying all information and making your own hiring decisions.

5. Payment Terms

  • Free accounts include one AI analysis per project
  • Paid tiers are charged per project as a one-time fee
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no analyses have been run on the paid tier

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the service
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Resell or redistribute AI analysis results commercially
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI analysis system

7. Email Features

Blueprint can draft and send emails to contractors on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing all email content before sending. Blueprint is not liable for communications sent through the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all quotes and documents you upload. Blueprint retains ownership of the AI analysis methodology, software, and branding.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blueprint is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI analysis, contractor performance, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify users of material changes via email.
